Wonder Woman is a lovely song written by Isabel Suarez for her mother. We put a bit of a rush on this one in order to get it out in time for Mother’s Day 2026.
All of the tracks were recorded in-house at Electric Platypus with the exception of pedal steel. For that, we did a remote session with a Nashville player using the collaboration tool muse. Muse allows us to stream lossless audio between our studios while on a video call similar to zoom. When it works well (and it usually does), it’s not dissimilar to being on the other side of the glass in a studio with a separate control room / live room.
